New Hires & Benefits Changes
  • New employees: You have 31 days from your initial date of hire to enroll in benefits or waive your elections.
  • Employees making changes: It is your responsibility to add or remove your dependent(s) within 31 days of the date of the qualifying event.
    Some qualifying event dates include, but are not limited to: date of birth; date of adoption; marriage date; divorce date, or date when other coverage was gained or lost.
