Medical Plan Highlights

Mott MacDonald offers you a choice of comprehensive medical plans to best fit your family’s needs. Our medical plan options include the following coverage features:

• Prescription drug coverage
• In-network preventive care covered 100%
• Access to care in-office or virtually
• Access to out-of-pocket tax savings with a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)

Cigna Nationwide Plans

• Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) Traditional PPO Plan
• Cigna High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

With the Mott MacDonald OAP and HDHP plans, you have the freedom to see any doctor nationwide. However, staying in the Cigna provider network will maximize savings and allow the plan to pay for portions of certain services before meeting the deductible. With both plans, you can utilize tax-advantaged accounts such as an HSA or FSA to help pay for medical costs with pre-tax funds.

Kaiser Southern California Only Plan

• Kaiser Permanente HMO

With the Kaiser DHMO and HMO plans, you don’t have to select a primary care physician (PCP), but to get benefits you must stay in the Kaiser network. If you see an out-of-network doctor for a non-emergency, your HMO plan will not cover the cost.
